would never use another body shop. they are the best in business. I was forced to use a place in valley who did an awful job and now paulee has to fix it. Gus the General Manager is a Rock Star. the entire staff is Great. do not use any other body shop.

I worked with Luke over at Paulee's and he couldn't have been more professional.

Unfortunately I have a Tesla, which has a back up on its parts so my repair was delayed due to Tesla.

That said, Luke was above board on timing and always called me back promptly when I had a question. Bottom line, no one like waiting on their car to be repaired, but when Luke said Paulee's would get something done, it was done.

I got rear ended at a stoplight back in feb. A month later I got side swiped on the fwy. :) I'm in a lease right now so I needed to find a trusted Porsche certified shop to do quality work. I'm really glad I went with Paulee!

The receptionists were helpful and professional. LUKE was AMAZING start to finish: honest, up front, knowledgeable. They ended up keeping my car a couple weeks longer than promised, but honestly I was expecting that and my car came out sparkling so I have nothing negative to say!

These guys have some skills! The body work they did on my vehicle (2x) is the best. My car dealership people were unable to even detect that I had work done - they said "great job" to whoever did your bodywork. The front desk is always efficient, so pleasant to deal with and incredibly helpful! The managers and body shop guys are patient, will answer all of your questions and tell you what needs to be done and how long it will take. Both estimates were spot on. If you need something done on your car, take it to Paulee - you won't be disappointed!!

I don't know where to begin. So let me start here. I'm sixty four years old and I've been going to Paulee since I started driving at sixteen. That's a lot of years. You do the math. There is no finer shop in all of California and possibly the west coast and country for the highest of quality auto repair work. They only work on the finest cars on the road. I remember when I was a teenager waiting for my car to come out, I'd be sitting next to Johnny Carson or some other big shot celebrity. I'm all the years and all the fender benders I've been in, or my wife and now my adult children. I wouldn't trust my cars to anyone but Paulee. When I was a kid, long time ago, there was an owner named Kenny. He saw that my last name was a Hungarian name and him being Hungarian, treated me and all my family and friends like family. I understand he still owns the place but I didn't see him this trip on there to have my gorgeous like new Mercedes' worked on. I now have the car back and it looks new and I again, couldn't be more happy with Paulee

Amd their incredible work amd craftsmanship amd attention to detail. The bar is very high for them to release a car back to the owner.

Another thing I want to point out besides them being the best body shop in LA, California. And maybe the country is that you can tell everything about an establishment by the people who work there. All their workers and front desk people are the most court, friendly, professional. I especially want to thank my service advisor, Rodney. Funny story. My adult kids are now 26 and 30 years old. We have been driving past Paulee for their whole lives now. To this day, when we're all together in the same car, and we're a block away about to drive by, my kids and wife beg me to not say again amd point to the shop saying, "There's no greater shop on the planet". They stop me before I say it because like. Clockwork, whenever I drive by I ha e to blurt out how incredible they are. It's so funny. They cut me off now a block before we pass. I'm an old pain in the A_ _ now. A PITA.

The day I had my car accident was a crazy day but when I arrived to Paulee's the front office staff was a relief. They were quick, compassionate and professional. I had nothing on me and Veronica said, "it is okay, we will get what we need from the insurance company. We can take care of the rest later."

I was referred to Paulee Body Shop by my insurance company, USAA, when my Tesla 3 got rear-ended and my bumper needed replacement. They were fantastic. Not only did they provide me with excellent service throughout the entire process, but when I picked up my car after the repairs were done (performed UNDER the estimated timeframe I was given!) I discovered they had thoroughly cleaned my car (exterior AND interior)! I'd been planning on getting this done just before the accident but didn't have to do it now. Who does that??? (Maybe this is standard practice? I dunno. But it was MUCH appreciated.)

I was hit from behind, and that very day, Gus was able to calm me down, take my car in, and return it better than I could imagine. He also had the car detailed. Got rear ended and was recommended to call Paulee Body Shop by my Mercedes Dealership. Gustavo was extremely attentive and helpful! The staff was all around extremely friendly and accommodating. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was hooked up with an amazing rental while my car was away. I just picked it up this past weekend and it was in perfect condition. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I don't even know where to begin! Paulee's is incredible. I had no idea what to do after someone backed into my car and damaged the entire front portion on my Bmw (lights, bumper, grill, etc). Unfortunately someone had also keyed the driver side door so deep I didn't think it would be possible to fix without replacing. I was recommended to come here, so I gave it a shot. I showed them the problem, gave them the claim number, and they told me they'd take of it.  The car looks perfect. Even better than what I could ever expect. Seriously. I don't even know how they could've ever fixed that door but it looks good as new.  There's a reason why Paulee has such great reviews. Everyone here was so kind, and no matter how stressful and annoying of a situation it may be to have to get your car fixed, they really do a great job of making the process as easy, and efficient as possible. I came to Paulee as I was in an accident when someone had hit me and the force of the hit had pushed me into the car in front. So both my bumpers needed to be replaced. I can't say enough good things about my experience here-first the receptionists were lovely and informative on the phone setting up my appointment to come in. Then I hardly had anytime to wait when I arrived. Gus helped me out and was efficient, fast and informative, friendly and professional. He helped arrange for Enterprise to pick me up and a few weeks later I got my car back (earlier than I had anticipated) Carlos showed me my car which was amazing. The work looked incredible and the car was so thoroughly washed I almost didn't recognize it. I can't recommend Paulee highly enough, every step of the service was easy, fast and extremely high quality.

Great place to get auto work done. Gus was great to work with and helped make the experience totally painless. The car was ready exactly when promised and it looks like new. When I dropped the car off I didn't have to ask for a ride home. They immediately called a car service and  arranged the transportation back. The staff is professional and very pleasant to deal with. Gus.....is the man. I managed to wreck both of my vehicles at the same time (towing) including my baby (my 1991 Jeep YJ offroader).  They coordinated the estimate through my insrance, helped me with all the details, then made sure I was able to keep my Jeep even though the ins totaled it. I can not recommend these guys enough. If you have sentimental connections to your vehicle then they are a must. The desk girls were amazing, the mechanic guys were friendly....and Gus is the man.  Side note: wrecking both your vehicles at the same time sucks. Hahaha

Obviousy the work is  beautiful and perfect  100 percent. But I can't say enough about Lukes treatment and integrity.  Everyone need's a great body shop. So now you have found one. I sadly have had more experience with body shops than I would like to admit.... too many accidents, but what I will say is that Paulee is the best of the best and always makes the process of having your car in the shop as painless as possible. I've been going there for years and my go-to guy has always been Carlos and he is AWESOME. SO nice and always makes sure I'm taken care of and can reach out to him with any questions. They are super thorough, professional and courteous. Great work and great customer service. Carlos would get a 10 star rating in my book, but yelp only allows for 5. He is one of the main reasons I keep going back to Paulee every time. I highly recommend them- very trustworthy and you know you are in good hands! Thanks for everything, Carlos and Paulee team!

Wow, this review could have gone such another way because of some initial miscommunications, but the resolution is what matters.  I'm literally blown away by how well our car was taken care of by Paulee Body Shop. Our decade-old Lexus SUV suffered damages to both the front and back bumper as well as paint damage from a plumbing issue in our garage in a matter of a month. It instantly turned into something we wanted to just write off as a loss. But because most of the damage was covered by insurance, we decided to repair it. It took a while, but we were amazed by the quality of the repairs. Our car literally looks brand-new. They even did some kind of weird voodoo magical detailing inside the vehicle that removed stains from our leather seats and carpets that made the interior smell clean. (Two kids, numerous car seats ... use your imagination.) It was pretty impressive, and I'm not easily impressed. I'll probably end up having to drive it another few years because they did such an awesome job.  Thank you, Eric and the team at Paulee's!

Paulee was the cleanest, nicest looking body shop I've ever seen.  It looked more like the lounge of a high end car dealership.  Staff was incredibly nice and the work they did on my car cost less than expected and made my car look like new.  I've had other cars repaired at other body shops and Paulee was all around the top experience.

INTEGRITY.  The quality that I admire in business and that I admire in Paulee Auto Body. My fiancee wrecked her car during the weekend and on the recommendation of the tow truck driver, we dropped it off at Paulee. A few days later I was surprised by two things; that the insurance company was going to total it and that the charge for storage, inspection, etc. by Paulee was over $1000. I contacted Carlos at Paulee and told him that the one thousand dollars they were charging was coming out of MY pocket, not the insurance company's and asked if they could work with me on it. Carlos said that the insurance company should have covered it and not charged me. He then spoke to the owner and explained that they want to take care of their customers, not the insurance companies, so they wrote me a check for the full amount negating any out of pocket expense to me! I was blown away at the level of integrity, customer service and consideration they showed me. For this reason, I would recommend anybody to Paulee Auto Body.

Amazing body shop, they do excellent work. I am highly satisfied with the outcome of their repairs. The customer service is outstandingly helpful and kind. Gus, Mike, Carlos and just overall everyone who works there are very honest and want the best for you. I highly reccomend coming here, your car will be in good hands!

Excellent service. Gus is the best - very nice and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!!! I called and made a same day appointment for an inspection. I called upon my arrival and an employee quickly came out to point me in the right direction. They helped me bring in my stroller and showed me to a nice, cool waiting area.  Inspection was quick, and the estimator Gus came right in to talk to me. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Very kind and patient. He offered me a GREAT deal that I could not refuse. We will definitely be back :-)

This place does a great job!! My car has gotten hit twice, and both times I took it to Paulee's to get repaired. Gus and Carlos have high standards and always try to be as helpful as possible. Being a woman, I'm always a little weary of the possibility of being taken advantage of with body shops but not with this place. There prices are more then fair especially given the location. The front office staff is friendly and informed.  Both times my car came back looking brand new, complete with detail from inside out.  The only downside to this place is that they may take a bit longer then another body shop depending on what the repair is. But its very minimal and given the fact that they due such a thorough job, the extra day or two is completely worth it in my opinion! I would trust them with my car anytime and know it was in great hands :)

I was in town for the weekend and got into a tiny bit of a situation with a friends car. I had by accidentally made a tiny scratch on her bumper. We stopped by various auto shops and tensions were running high. We decided to stop by Paulee and it was an amazing experience. Gus - the estimator essentially saved the day. He buffed out the entire number and it was all fixed. He simply did out of kindness and compassion. It was gesture I will always very much appreciate. The rest of the staff was equally pleasant. This is top notch auto shop who genuinely want to help their customers. Thank you so much !!!

I was referred to Paulee's by a family friend for damages my car sustained after an accident. Right off the bat they made me feel comfortable and I trusted them to fix my car. I couldn't be happier with the results ! Paulee's Body Shop team made the entire process painless! In a sea of luxury cars - BMWs, Porsches and Ferraris, I dropped off my 7 year old Toyota after an accident. Gus and Carlos took care of me and my RAV4 as if we were VIPs. My experience was the way it should be. They took care of everything. No stress. They even detailed my car, which I wasn't expecting.  I hope I never need Paulees again but I'm glad to know Gus and Carlos are there. Good crew. Thanks for saving my car.

The best body shop and the best service 

I got sent here by Mercury after an accident. My 5 year old car looks brand new!!! Given the specialize in high end cars, I didn't think they would care too much about my Prius. I couldn't have been more wrong.

From the moment I called (frantically), Carlos and his team treated me impeccably. They took the time to detail out the insurance process. They fixed everything minor scratch. I was in awe when I got my car back. I will happily go back to Paulees for any needs. They were definitely the silver lining to my car accident.
